If I thaw them out, can I refreeze them?

Of course! You can continue to freeze and thaw pecans without damaging its nutrients/using up the flavor.

What should I store my pecans in?

You can store them in the packaging that is shipped to you, but if taken out of that packaging, you can always put your pecans in an airtight jar (or anything with a tight lid) to store them. Sealed plastic works just as good too.
